Default D2 window switch to D1

I need the switches with panel. 3 out of 4 switches are bad. I have a D1 and I can only find then used. A D2 window switches and panel is the same price but is new. The listing say it fits both. Is that true? The D2 is $55 with free shipping.

I have no experience with those switches, FYI.

Also, are you sure you don't have a bad solder joint on the window ECU? It's a pretty common cause of rear windows not working.

Jafir You were right. Some what I haven't check the backs yet but i don't know what made me buy used electrics......I will now have to order them new...duh What was i thinking. I will check the rears just to make sure. Like they always say. Sometimes the easy comes out to be harder.

I have no problem with used parts, as long as they are cheaper. I think I put a used set of switches in my 1999 D2, but I think it cost me all of $5 at the you-pull-it yard when I piled it on all of the other stuff I was getting at the same time.
