Differential Housing Case
#51
Okay, here is everything so far
1. I can get a diff for $135 from Paul.
2. I need to get 2 Pinion and Carrier bearings right?
3. Are there seals I need to replace once I switch out the differentials?
4. When I change my wheel bearings do they need seals?
5. I need to change my hub seals after all of the above is said and done right?

3. Only if it's leaking.
4. Yes, RTC3511
5. Hub seals are what you replace when installing the bearings.

You will need (most likely) new lock washers, since you bend them over the nut by striking a screwdriver with a hammer. You will need the big adapter to remove the lock nuts. You may need new locknuts depending on their condition. And new paper gaskets for the hubs.
There are lots of good write-up with pics.
Rovah Farm has a few good packages. Rovers north will kit as needed. Look at both sites for best deal.

Here's a link to RN page:
http://www.roversnorth.com/store/c-3...-assembly.aspx
They also have the adapter for removing the hub locknuts. Tom Rowe also advised me if repacking you can reuse the cup or bearing race but when replacing with new, he advised new cup as well.
I usually order ALL the small (consumables) pieces just in case something is screwed up I am not dead in the water waiting on one more little thing, especially the less expensive items. I also buy new bolts, nuts and such when ordering the major components (again so I am not waiting on another part and paying another shipping charge) since I would reather put an old truck back together with new fasteners instead of old possibly damaged or stressed ones, Makes future disassembly much easier for just a little more money usually...
Here's the page from RovahFarm for comparison and he has a great price on the adapter and all the various items and the one oneshot grease for the front swivel *****. His prices look very good and a few different choices.
You also need to pack those new bearings with grease don't you?
Did you pull the hubs when you did the brakes or was it just pads?

Hub Assembly Double Check
I feel so irritated and I know you guys are too because of having to constantly repeat things I'm sorry.
Hub Assembly on Front Axle:
New Wheel Bearings (Timken and I need 4) $64
New Grease (Mobile 1 and I need 1 jar) $8
New Seals ( RTC3511 and I need 2) $20
New Circlips (I need 2) I can't find these.
New Shims (I need 2) I can't find these
Drive Member Bolts (I need 10) $20
New Drive Member Joint Washer ( I need 2) $2
New Lock Washers (I need 2) $4
New Lock Nuts (I need 2) $20
New Hub Adjusting Nut (I need 2) Is this the same as the Lock Nut?
New Spacing Washer (I need 2) $6
Hub Lock Nut Remover (I need 1) $20
TOTAL: $164 (Without the "Can't Find" parts)
Is that overkill or just being safe since I have no idea when the last time any of this was changed? I used the image off of RAVE. Anything the instructions said to remove I replaced with a new one, besides the Drive Member, but besides that every gasket, seal, bolt and everything would be new.
All I did was the brake pads when I did the brakes. Never went past that, I also replaced both rear brake calipers.
