Default Disco 1 HEI Distributor Hook Up help

I need to swap my distributor and I found one at Summit for $189 it seems to be a direct fit it is a Proform HEI dist part #67088 its for a 70's Buick V8.
The question is? It only needs one wire to hook up. So what do I do with the rest of the wires to the old coil? Cause the old one is no longer needed RIGHT?

Well, you need + volts, which is on the old harness. You may need a new ground, depending on how new distributor is wired (pix from catalog shows three wires). There appears to be a white/black wire that runs off to the ECU to tell it how fast engine is turning. So maybe that is the "tach" wire from the new distributor. See attached pages from RAVE.
