1997 Discovery 1 V8 140k Miles

Changed my oil two weeks ago, ran fine for about a week, then a strange ticking noise appeared.
Added seafoam to oil - seemed to quiet it down a bit.
Decided to scan my car again - originally only had an O2 sensor code.
Now shows 3 codes : P1138 (o2) P0300, and P1138 (pd)
2 Waiting codes: Evap and Catalyst
5 Ready codes: misfire, fuel, comp, o2 sensor, o2 heater
Sadly my scanner does not give me further detailed descriptions.
Does not sound like its misfiring, idles fine, accelerates fine.
Went to purchase spark plugs (starting small) Truck drove fine for 20 mins, went to restart, it started and then died immediately 3 times, eventually stayed on and drove back home just fine.
Does anyone have any idea why I have so many codes or what those codes could represent?
