Wouldn't it be nice...
if the hood and fenders tilted forward as a unit
...talk about great access to the engine. Cleaning it would be a breeze, along with other chores.

What about center hinged like the old Morgans, you know, cut the hood in half front to back, then mount a center bar with the hinges.
this will give access to the left or right side independently.
Now the belt across the whole hood and you're done!
