Default Do I need hub bearings?

I searched the forum and think I need new hub bearings but would like some verification first (tire shake video).

I'm also curious if the axle rotational play is okay or something I should look in to (spindle video).
Thanks

I would replace you swivel pin bearings top and bottom, thrust washers swivel pin, set your preload and replace your hub bearings at the same time. Check the rave out for the swivel pin. Section 54 page 10. Do both sides

As for the slight turning of the axle it looks fine to me.
