Doh! I Overfilled My Gas Tank and Now Overheating!
Good afternoon team,
I just got my first Dico 1 running and its exiting to have. Today I accidentally overfilled my gas tank and after driving for a bit I noticed the temp gauge all the way to the H. It was cooling just fine before I overfilled the gas tank. My radiator hose is not building pressure and it's a new radiator system.
HELP!!!
Thanks,
Disco Gusch

There is a special timer/ counter on these trucks that makes the only have problems after you fill the tank, put new tires on, etc. (just kidding)
I would do a pressure check on the coolant system. Mine had that problem and it ended up being a bad cap, and a split coolant tank. Didn't overheat al the time, just when I worked it hard. I got a tester for the coolant system off Amazon for a reasonable price and it will work on almost all my cars. Makes troubleshooting much easier.
