Does anyone know of a good shop in LA area to take my LR Disco 1, need to have my door issues corrected, drivers side front door cylinder spins freely with key and will only open from inside after a few tries? Im an owner on a budget. Thanks in advance.

 

The cheapest way is to do it yourself!

 

Door panel comes off with a few screws and a plastic upholstery tool they sell cheap in parts stores. You are close to several giant bonyeards where you can get all the parts. Hint - look up how to do it in the RAVE shop manual, then practice on trucks at the boneyard first. Door panels are made out of rigid structural foam, fasteners will tear out if you jerk them.
