I do not know if the OEM motor says LR on it or not, I doubt it does.
When I was replacing my window lift channel I did not check the motor for markings.

Default Fixed!

I swapped out the driver door motor with a Genuine LR part and I also replaced the passenger side regulator (my jury-rigged job finally gave out). It was a lot simpler than I had anticipated (both sides).

And now as the weather has turned warmer up here I finally have working windows again!!

This quote hit home with me. There is always 'one last visit' before you are pushed over the edge to DIY. The bills from the shop/dealer just can't be justified on these rigs anymore.

Totally. When it ends up costing more than 10% of the vehicle's value to repair something like a power window, it's time to start choosing to DIY or sell it.
