Default Dual exhaust

Running straight pipe from exhaust manifold to muffler and straight pipe from muffler to tail end on both sides. No oxygen sensors or cats. Will this 1996 D1 crank and run if I do this?

Without O2 sensors it will run very poorly. You'll also sound like an obnoxious teenager.

It won't run well without front o2, it will never go into closed loop. I suspect you'll get very bad fuel economy. You should at least run those.

itll sound terrible. should have no problem running/moving for purposes of getting it to the muffler shop to get a proper exhaust put on though

It will only work if you route the exhaust pipes out the sides and straight up like a "Big Rig" and paint the roof with a confederate flag.

For all the effort and cost you will not gain but a coulpe of horses and a lot of rumble.

Keep the O2's and use high flow cats and headers.. Just put this on my D1 and it's awesome.

You have to keep the front O2's, the rear's you can delete.
If you could get a non O2 UK ECU you could totally do it anyway you wanted.
