Where in the world do you find these from? I have searched high and low. One of my sockets is shot and I need another one asap

sadly they seem to have vanished from the face of the planet. My last one i got was from Europe, and it took a long time to get here. someone with a 3d printer or the resources to have them made could make a killing ! seems the newer bulbs are hotter and melt them over time. maybe there is a way to replace the sockets with an LED array (??)

 

You may be able to fix it yourself. I had to clean out some corrosion on mine and pull the pronged contact out a little so it would make contact (it had lost tension).

 

The dual pole part number is BAU5028L. I just Googled and found a few on ebay and various other sites.

They're pricey, though. BP Utah used to carry them, but they're now out of stock. I've had good luck finding them at u-pull yards.
