1. Fuel pressure regulator is built into your fuel tank pump module.
2. The idle air control valve controls the engine at idle speeds. It can be removed are carefully cleaned as well as the bore it was removed from.
3. MAP sensor can be cleaned with a chemical cleaner made for it, like CRC brand MAF cleaner. Best to do when engine cold.

5. What basis determined valves were leaking? If a test was done by a mechanic, how long did it take, and what was the charge?
