Manifold gauges and a vacuum pump.

 

You can use an old empty propane tank. Just put a bleeder valve on it. Once you have evac'd your freon into it, just let it sit for 24 hours to let it settle real good and bleed the air out of the liquid. Then it is ready to go back in.
