Default Exhaust flange size?

So the entire catback system on my D1 was rusted out, so I am replacing the whole system and foregoing the center muffler in favor of a pipe since I want to hear my V8. My question is, what size flange and style of connector do I need to get to attach to the Y-pipe?

Thanks!

Most would say ditch the rear muffler and get a throatier center muffler.
This is mine with headers, hi-flow cats, and a Borla center muffler.

^ Sounds good but this is kind of a beater so I'm trying to keep the cost down. Seen a few clips of 3.9s with the center deleted and they sounded really good.

I recently (last month) replaced my stock exhaust (y-pipe, cats, and muffler/cat back) with a Magnaflow product that deleted the rear resonator but kept the middle muffler.

It sounds amazing, BUT at between 2200-2500 RMPs it drones like a MF and is quite loud in the cabin. I can handle it, but it is a little annoying. My family, not so much.

So, next Saturday I am having a muffler shop add a rear resonator to help cancel out the drone. In theory it should also help decrease back pressure.
