Flowmaster super 44 2.5"center inlet/2.5" offset outlet arriving Saturday for $62.50 shipped off eBay. I think I found my exhaust guy too. Looks like he'll reuse the bend over the axel and just weld it onto new pipe and weld in new sections wherever necessary for like $150.
I love it when a plan comes together (knock on wood)

Now go talk to your exhaust guy and tell him you will be paying cash, you do NOT need a receipt or a warranty and that you will be paying CASH AMERICAN MONEY, CASH...the price should drop $20-50.
