Default Factory foglight harness on DI??

I have a 1999 Discovery I

I found two wire harnesses coming out near the headlights/turn signals. They are just dangling harnesses, not connected to anything, and they each have two wires going into the back of the harnesses, and there is one harness near each headlight on either side of the land rover.

I assumed they were for foglights, however, there is no front foglight button on the dash.

If they are foglight harnesses, can someone please explain how I can install my own switch for them in the dash.

Thanks!

Ive also been thinking of mounting 55w aftermarket foglights Ive noticed those wires next to the headlights if anyone can help on what id have to do to use the stock harness to power them that would be great.. I have a 96 disco with no fog lights ive checked behind the toggle switxh where the cruise control is but not wires to connect a foglight switch..

Yea I saw that clip, no power going to it though
I ended up wiring my own circuit with an old wiper relay, been working great ever since

My foglights burnt out promptly after I resurrected this thread. I'm looking at getting some real fog lights; PIAA 540s.
