I get to do this next summer. Have rust on both and the seals on the lower rear windows are toast much like yours!

 

I got the windows back in but they are still leaking, but not where i thought, the water is coming it between the glass and seal, not the body and seal where i thought. I'm gonna run some silicon in the groves to seal everything
