Default HELP WITH ALPINE WINDOWS

I'm trying to replace some leaky seals around the alpine windows... I am having a wicked hard time getting everything to fit right... Does anyone have suggestions or know of other sites that have good tech answers? The gasket is in the sheetmetal and the window is almost in the next groove but i just can't get the one corner to rest correctly in the gasket.... and then i will need to fight the lockstrip in! Any help would be appreciated!

So... you are trying to replace the alpine window seals in A States Disco I ?

Having fun yet ? They are very difficult if you have never done them before. You need A special tool for the lock strip. You are using new seals right ?

I rarely say this. It is not worth your time or frustration to replace these seals. A competent glass tech can do this in less than half the time it will take you.

This one is best left for A good glass tech, trust me.

I have the tool for the lockstrip and have replaced the gaskets (seals) i just can't get everything to line up perfect... i don't want them to continue to leak! If i can't get it after some more trying I guess i will have to take it to a specialist.
