I am in the proccess of replacing the window seals around my leaky alpine windows... I have the old one out and have treated the rust and repainted... and now i can't get the new seal to fit properly with the glass... not to mention getting that pesky lockstrip in! Any suggestions?

 

how do you get it off in the first place, i have a bit of rust that needs taking care of.
