Fly wheel tooth missing

Looks like the weld/ braise was successful....technician will reassemble and should find out Monday how things are going. It was an inner tab so I suggested an L tab with a wide base to cover the pressed out part.

Everything is running well....no misfires...thanks to all who contributed....both on and off the forum.

One thing I have found out is how important it is for forums like this....and also with these vehicles to have a talented Rover tech...

I was not present during the operation...so no pictures. Nothing lasts for ever....but hopefully will get a few more miles under the seat belt of this rover....before the next problem crops up. Best case here: if someone else has a broken tooth they can think about welding it in situ.....
