Rear lights all flash as do the little side marker lights on the fenders in front of the doors. However they all flash fast as if a bulb is out. Same thing as the dash light, on and flashing rapidly.

When you checked for voltage at the front did you remove the bulb from the socket and backpin the socket OR remove the socket from the connector and backpin the connector? I hope that makes sense.

I removed the socked from the plug and put probes into the socket openings, black into black wire “hole” and red to blue/purple wire “hole.” Get 0.00 DCV when lights are off and 0.03 when switch is turned on.

It's not uncommon for the connectors to fail, they sell that bit (and I'm sure you could find one way cheaper if this turns out to be the case) > Bulb Holder XBP100180 Harness Repair Kit (8958ABP Same Fit As Part # 8958ABP ) - Land Rover kits from Atlantic British

With the power on and the turnsignals on feel the Flasher Unit. That thing SHOULD be clicking on and off fast(like the lights).

Just for giggles, unplug the Flasher Unit and look at the contacts and the female contacts on the fuse box. Try cleaning the contacts, and give the thing a thump with your finger(like a stuck relay). I had one go bad and it would only send a signal to the drivers side rear and side lights. IDK why, it's a ROVER.
It's going to be something stupid and hopefully not the Multi-Function Unit(MFU).

Well.... checked the flasher relay. Clicks in unison with lights flashing. Cleaned contacts anyways and no go.
I cannibalized a plug off the horn and swapped it out for one of the light plugs and still nothing. Funny thing they’re the same plug. You can take the light socket and plug it into the horn plug, press the horn, and presto, it lights up as long as you hold the horn down. So I know the bulbs and sockets are good.
Guess im down to replace the light switch stalk and seeing from there. Rather drop 50 than the mfu cost - YIKES.
Funny thing you mentioned the MFU because while study wiring diagrams today I care across a diagnostic procedure that sets off all the things the mfu controls, Wipers etc... it actually worked, the procedure. However, apparently according to the instructions even though the mfu controls the lights they do not come on during the diagnostic like everything else. So that didn’t get me anywhere.
Its looking like it’s either the stalk or the mfu. There’s just no power coming past the steering column/ footwell area and I cannot see what the blue/purple wire becomes color wise as it heads up behind the dash without taking a Shiite ton of stuff apart. And I’m just NOT feeling that committed right now. Maybe tomorrow. But NOT right now. I have that TLRDS going, you know, temporary Land Rover depression syndrome.

You'll get this sorted, and just post up if you need help. TLRDS... I know it well.
But if all else fails you will just have to use The Force my friend.

Can anyone tell me if the rear ambers are supposed to be on constantly when the headlights are on or only when directionals are in use ? I just cannot remember. Ugh.
Mine are all off except in directional mode but I coulda swore they were constantly on. These lights are driving me nuts. STILL haven’t got the front corners on yet either....

THANKS!!Was starting to lose my mind thinking I’d lost MORE lights. I had issues years ago where every time I hit the brakes the first time it’d blow the fuse and I couldn’t restart the truck until I replaced said fuse. Turned out to be a short in the wiring to the trailer light plug. I was working around THAT again this weekend and just had some serious LSD like flashbacks to the insanity of trying to fix those brake lights....
