Disco I A/C temporary shutoff
My disco is fitted with 2 evaporators for front and rear A/C. On a hot day, I may turn on all fans to the max position. After approx. 10 minutes, everything stops - as if a fuse had burnt. But if I wait a further 10 minutes, it starts blowing air again. Is it a documented feature to prevent overheating / battery drainage? - If not, it seems like an odd fault to locate...

Thanks! Is that repairable / serviceable? In my parts manual, it would seem that I need the entire control assembly awr1379; not sure if I can still find that new and at a non-prohibitive price...

The fan speed switch? Mine won’t blow on high now. It would cut off and I’d have to play with it till it stayed high.
