ftc861 stub axle bearing replacement recommendation?

Leave the old ones or replace with new? They've always been well lubricated. There's nothing obviously wrong, but I have a chance now. 120k miles.

If you've replaced the rest, I'd do those too. I regret not doing mine when I had the chance as I was missing the parts.
