I have used this on my 97 AEL D1 available on Amazon
Airtex E3270 Electric Fuel Pump
Airtex WH3010 Wiring Harness
Airtex FS22 Fuel Strainer
43-48 PSI and works well. The wiring harness is used only used if your plug is different and if you do use it just remember that our trucks are 12V DC so if you connect the pins backwards your pump will blowing air into your tank and you will have no pressure at the fuel rail, all you have to do is reverse the polarity on your harness kit by flipping the pins from the location you previously had it and it will be flowing the correct way. I also had to use the original metal tube that is attached to your factory pump or you can replace the clear tube with fuel injector tubing that is designed to be submerged in fuel. I do remember on another thread someone stated the fuel tube I.D. size.
