You trimmed before the flares didn't you. How did u deal with the door. Might trim more and ditch the d2 flares to accommodate 33s

Yea you cant fit 35's without trimming.. Or atleast you cant turn haha

I trimmed enough off to stuff the tires before I got the flares. When I got the flares I went bat **** crazy and cut off as much as possible so it wouldnt rub.. And I had the end goal of 37's after these wear out.

I cut a lot off of the doors but the flares cover most of it.. Let me go take some pics for you..







The flare covers the small gap where I cut into the door.

Honestly if I was to do it all over again I would say screw the flares and just cut it and leave it uncovered. D2 flares will come off if you wheel hard enough or if your tires touch them.

I was more interested in cutting without flares to fit 33s on the 2" lift.

You probably wont have to cut into the rear doors..

Guess I should have said depends on how wide they are

285s. Planned on cutting the doors. Just wondering how to deal with cutting past the pinch weld

That hasn't failed me yet. I am due for some cutting now. Trying to keep the D2 flares attached as long as possible.
