Default Fuse box and wiring

Howdy folks ! havent posted in a while, but the rover is slowly turning into a stately rig of awesomeness :P Unfortunately im having a few electrical issues im trying to figure out..Ok here are the symptoms. Seats are working intermittently. Radio, Mirror aren't working. Checked the fuses, all are good, busted out the test light, and im not getting power to Number 6 fuse and the number 3 fuse. pulled the fuse box, its clean inside and out, that's where im at now, im trying to find a schematic so i can backtrack all the way to the source, but having some trouble. Anyone with any hints tips or advice ? Ive downloaded the rave, it seems to be different than it used to be ? ok ive run on enough, ill be checking back frequently to see if ya'll have any idea's ..thanks in advance !!

The owners manual mentions checking fuses 13 and 12 (I think) as they feed the MFU and the ignition feed for the MFU (Multi Function Unit)

The ETM (Electrical Troubleshooting Manual) is in the large 590Mb file of the Rave. Circuit diagrams galore.

well after some testing for power here and there....i found there was no power(12 v) at the fuse box for the 12 & 13 fuses......long story short.....ended up being the relay that powers the MFU ( or MF Me>>>>lol)....its located by the drivers footwell...closest one to the door.....replaced it withe one of the others( yellow) to quick test and eureka !
I used a relay "Intermotor # RY341)
