This is my first Rover, all the Rovers I looked at had some sort of issue with electrical problems, especially sunroofs and windows being inop. seems like a common theme. Is that the case? neither sunroof will open nor will the rear door windows work. Cruise control is inop as well but that could be vaccum.

Rear windows can be the traces on circuit board in window ECU.

Sunroofs can be grounds, switch, etc. Usually problems with leaks as well.

Cruise can be vac, it has a separate vacuum pump, don't hook cruise lines to regular manifold vac. Also switch, ECU, etc.
