Default Getting 255/85/16 FEW QUESTIONS

Im about to get BFG M/T 255/85/16s and would like to have them put on before I do my camel cut and possibly 1" spacers with extended brake lines..

Im going to do all three im just wondering if [most of all] the camel cut HAS to be done to drive on flat roads. Front is already a non issue.

Give me a link to the Camel Cut and I will let you know. You will need to cut a bit.
I am running 235/85-16 on a stock suspension. I am getting a Terra Firma 2" lift though. I have far too much rubbing now. I just got it rolling so I am working out the bugs.

Your probably gonna have to do a lot of fender cutting to make them work. Im running the 305/70/16 about 2" wider than yours but same height and I easily have 4+" lift and cut out fender flares and I still rub on the back.

Your also going to have to adjust your steering stops so you dont rub on the radius arm or run wheel spacers in the front

Good deal. The old lady said im allowed to get new wheels (WooHoo im getting bead locks) for mine so hopefully the offset will help with my rubbing issue. What offset are you running on yours?

I think 4". I bought the wheels and tires from Randy/Trevor - 235/85-16 tires.

You should join ROVERSclub.org

That's where Randy and Trevor are active and its relatively local.

I'll give them a look. Kinda hard finding anything to local to us.
