Has anyone painted their rims black if so what did you use , dulpacolor wheel paint. I want a flat black appearance

 

i did it on my D2. i used High temp paint made for BBQ grills.
i sanded them a bit.
used self edging primer.
painted black with BBQ paint.
put on clear coat.
they have held up just fine for a couple of weeks now, and 2 off road sessions through, mud, muck and tree stumps.

 

They look great. I notice several brands actually sell wheel only paint. I think I'm gonna try it. I think it would look great against my hunter green rover with 2.5 inch lift
