Headrest Question

I haven't figured out how to adjust the headrests yet. Seats are leather power seats. What am I missing?

On my 98 with power seats I just adjust the headrests by hand. I wasn't aware there was any other way to do it.

Extend arm, grab headrest, tilt to desired position.

So they just tilt back and forth? No adjustment for height?

If there is an adjustment for height, I haven't found it and I don't believe the owner's manual mentions it.
