Hey guys,
So I read all the posts and I'm thinking that the problem I am having is related with the contacts on the blower. Basically my fan only comes on when I put it on 4. I can hear a clicking behind the glove box when I put it on any setting but no response from the fan... Any ideas guys?

I had the same problem with mine ad it ended up being the resistor pack. The resistor is located under the passenger side of the dash in the duct pipe just downstream of the fan. Once you find it you can use a test light or multimeter and go through all postions of the switch seeing if you are getting any power through it. Since your fan is only working on 4 (high speed) it bypasses the resistor and puts full power to the fan. Im not saying its not the switch either but its a good place to start.
As far as instructions download the rave manual it has the schematics and has removal/replacement procedures
