Default Heat shield here?

Is there normally a heat shield between the exhaust manifold and steering box/lines? I've been trying to find a photo or diagram for hours. If so, a pic would be appreciated.

Thanks guys. I forgot which ones were originally there since I removed them all after ceramic coating the headers. In hindsight it wasn't a good idea.

Yes but that is a better idea than putting used kitty litter on the floor of the garage to soak up the oil drips.... you could wrap your PS lines with same sort of stuff used for steering column.

Actually that's exactly what I did Buzz, but it only helped a little. It's worked great for protecting wires though.

Eric...looked into this myself a few months ago. The only thing that I would recommend is using a sleeve insulation shield. I did get new lines, but will be doing once I get around getting a new steering box.
