Hello all - first time posting. I have a 97 Disco that my husband recently swapped out all seats on as the originals were somewhat trashed and we got a great deal on a full set (fronts, rear) at a local junk yard in much better condition along with some other parts from another '97.

Only problem is that it appears that the new front seats don't have the small plug like the originals for the heating element. Did all 97 Discos come standard with heated seats? If not, I'm going to assume these don't have the element/plug since he can't find the small plug coming off the bottom of the seats that the original seats do.

No, most did but many didn't especially if they had cloth interiors or were from bare bones SD models.
That being said, you can use your old seat heaters in your new cushions or order so new ones from Atlantic British.

 

hey CM...can you find one or two good seat bottom covers from the ones you have?
