Would like to swap front seats and passenger split bench seat from a 2000 Disco 2 into my 1997 Disco 1. Anyone done this? Ideas for mounting rails? Electrics plug to plug compatible? Also, would the 130 amp Bosch alternator from a 2000 Disco 2 be compatible a Disco 1 (tachometer lead, pulley size, etc.)?

 

Nope.
None of it will work.
The DII seats are to big and the alt will not bolt up let alone plug in.
