I own a discovery 1 (1999) I’m moving and using it to pull my trailer but I don’t know where to find the trailer plug...where is the plug that powers my trailer lights

if you dont see one then the plug you need probably isnt there....but the connection is usually made behind the passenger side tailight.......remove the plastic interior panel(s) and the connection is there for the "factory" connector you can purchase from most rover suppliers.....providing no one has butchered the wiring yet....best bet is to go to the auto parts store and buy a trailer connector setup withe the little black box needed to group the signal and brake lights together......$30 should cover it, but you;ll have to splice it in....not too bad of a job
