Other than the Capt Obvious, having the RH and LH manifolds on the correct side... what isn't lining up?

Oh, and it looks like you have the installation order mixed up...
START HERE > BAR 1st then SPIN WRENCHES!!!

I'll admit this, realized I put the R head on the L side after torqued down. Rockers, lifters and such were put back from the side they were removed. Didn't think much of it as heads are "interchangeable".
The end-mills they are a-spinning (said in my best Dylan voice).

I've done the prior to the wrenching to varying levels of success.

Manifold bolt holes not lining up you say? Well, I got a wee little something for ya.
