It's easy to find online, you can download either the full RAVE or only the required RAVE PDF file which is just a normal "stand-alone" PDF file you can open with any PDF reader.

Those using the 1996 Electrical Troubleshooting Manual can also have a look at the 1995 Electrical Troubleshooting Manual because it contains more diagnostic information which is still useful as differences between the models are rather minor (especially cable routing/connectors but I haven't compared in detail).
