help installing safari snorkel-taking off fender
Mail it to me, i'll put it on my truck, then tell you how to do it. haha.
I think the sfari's are the ones that run down the outside of the fender and then punch through right at or near the airbox right? IDK what they tell you to do, it depends on the fittings that come on it and what they use to connect the airbox to the plastic part that runs on the outside of the truck. But if they use flex hose or something like that then i would say no. you'd use a template to cut the outer fender, then just punch through the inner fender from the engine compartment and fish through whatever they give you. But if the cuts are more detailed and the parts need to mate precisely, then you would need to remove the fender. Good luck and take photos. Also, if you could scan any templates you might have they might prove useful for guys who go after it later.
