Take it to a fab shop and have it welded back on.

Yep, that repair is easy peasy lemon squeezy. You shouldn't have any problem finding a shop to do it. Just make sure they do it right so you don't fail MOT.

I would add that if you take it to a fab shop, have them build a new mount, it souldn't be a lot more expensive than having them weld your old.

Old mounts tend to break again in a short period right beside the weld.

X2 on having a them make you a NEW mount..your old one looks like a hunk of rust..I wouldn't try welding it back to the axle

It looks like you could use new shocks as well.

If one side broke off, you may as well have them do both sides at one time. If you only do one and the other side is weakened from age and condition, it will go shortly.

Cheaper to do both at one time than to have them do one at a time twice.

Does it sag overall? maybe time for new springs as well. My 97 was saggfing like they all do eventually. New springs and shocks made a hell of a difference in stance and ride. A two inch lift raised it over 3.5 inches from sagging to new.
