I don't have a clue how to get glass in or out of the door. Can anyone give me any tips???? Cheers any help welcomed!

 

You didn't provide a model and year. But-- in most cases it goes like this.....remove the inside door panel. You have to unbolt the glass lower frame from the window regulator. You have to unfasten the window frame and pull it vertically to gain access.
