Doing some rave research to see if there was another spot to give a ground. It looks like the green-brown wire is just the reverse signal going to the trailer harness and reverse lights.

Did you mean the black-green wire?

Based on gprtech's suggestion that I ground the park/neutral switch, I assume he is trying to test this:

On automatic transmission vehicles, the Theft Alarm Unit (Z163) provides a ground circuit to the Starter Solenoid Relay's (K137) 86 terminal via the Park/Neutral Position Switch (X167).

If so, per the Starting and Charging image in the previous post, can I ground the Black/Orange wire going from C105 to the park/neutral switch?

I ask cause that is right in the engine bay and easy to access

Ok, I spliced a wire into the Black/Orange wire in C105. Turned key and nothing happened.

I took the anti-theft unit out from the passenger kick panel and opened it up. There was nothing obvious that had been cooked.

I dont know if this helps any, but the fuel pump does not turn on either.

The wire runs from there to the theft alarm. Check the RAVE for the pin number.

Ok yeah, I believe that's what I did.

The black/green runs from the park/neutral switch to its connector. From there it turns into a Black/Orange wire which goes to the anti-theft unit.

I ran a wire from that to the ground point in the drivers foot well. Turned key on and to start position. Nothing happened.

I would still get a click from somewhere when I turn key past pos. 2, but that is all.

No instrument lights or fuel pump, and the starter did not crank.

Start by checking MF5 in the engine compartment fuse box for 12V on both sides (to ground), then check F17 in the fascia fuse box for continuity (across it). It will only show voltage while you've got the ignition switch in the starting position.
