Took a look at RPI Engineering and AB engines. Holy crap. 6k for a rebuilt 3.9 or 4.6. I can get a 300tdi used with about 40k miles with a matching tranny for 5500. What's the better option? Apparently the 4.6 gets 22mpg if you can lay off the pedal. Would a DIY rebuild be the cheapest route? To turn my 3.9 to a 4.6 I need to get new liners in the sleeves and get a 4.6 crank yeah?

Installed my D90 calipers and rotors! Installed the front two SS extended brake lines. The rear were giving me issues and I had to stop so I could head to work. But I did install my TF HD track rod and drag link. I'm going in tomorrow to get an alignment. Anybody else rock the TF rods?
