How tall are your springs while compressed?

I'm looking for springs to it my D2 on a budget and I heard D1 springs sit a couple inches or so taller, so I'm trying to find some kind of confirmation before pulling the trigger on a set of springs. Thanks guys!

I believe the D2 is lighter than D1 and therefore the same springs will lift the D2 more than the D1.
You can also use D1 rear lower spring perches to gain another 1/2" or so.
