Default Hydraulic Clutch Questions

Before deciding to post I searched and found someone who had the same issue as I "DID"; which happened to be a clutch pedal fading to the floor, although still engaging/disengaging the clutch just fine. Just that the clutch pedal wouldn't return all the way up to it's original position. That was the problem.

I go outside to inspect the components after letting her sit for a half hour. No fluid leaks, correct fluid level, no broken pivot/spring. Start her up, BOOM clutch pedal works just fine no issues what so ever.

Side note, clutch/MC/SC all replaced over 100,000 miles ago.

Are these symptoms signs of MC/SC starting to kick the bucket? Or is this a sad attempt at her getting back at me for buying another car?

Any suggestions would be great, as of right now I am not ordering parts but waiting to see if I can replicate the situation again and keep a close eye on it.

Side Theory:
The return spring is a bit corroded with rust, and I was in heavy stop and go traffic when the symptoms started. Could the constant exertion on the spring have heated it up to the point where it weakened and barely worked? I dunno it's just a thought.
