I think I am having the same issue. The garage just called and said they couldn't get communication through the OBD for the emissions test. Not sure if it is a bad ground or a fuse. Any results from the earlier posts?

Mine was just dangling, today I retaped the small bundle then taped it to the frame work right there to support it and keep it visible but securely out of the way.

 

My scanner allways got a comm error but the local import shop reads the codes w/out problems.
I'll check the fuses and re-connedt tomorrow.
