First of all I discovered that I lost my inboard throttle spring. when I did my head gasket. I thought I just didn't have enough raps on the outboard one so I gave it another wrap. Throttle felt good and it closed fully. However when I went to gun it down a road it sliped from its position and I had NO MORE THROTTLE SPRING.. Engine was trying to go while I was trying to stop

Anyways im getting by with one, however it doesn't close all the way, likes to get stuck a little open every now and then, not much but I need that spring.. Where can I find one.

AND..

For once the rover DIDN'T break down. I put over 300 mostly city miles on it today. Ran cool and even took into the spill way and pulled out a brand new z71 chevy and a f-150 straight up a levee. Then proceded to push on past them in this SLOPPY louisiana mud. The thin tires definatly were better here!
