Default Keep Fogs on with Hi-Beams

Apparently this is a super controversial topic, so don't everyone kill each other, but has anyone figured out a way on a D1 to keep the fog lights on with the high-beams? My fogs are currently disconnected and wired to additional driving lights, and I'd actually like the system to function in the opposite manner - power goes to the fog wiring when high-beams are activated, and turns off when deactivated. I'd imagine this is a pretty simple task of swapping two wires heading into a relay, but I can't find any info on it for D1's. Anybody?

95 Disco 1. I see the fog light switch on the dash but see no wires under the front end

Use a relay. +12V from fused source switched to the fog lights. Activate the relay by wiring the other two terminals to the high-beam circuit and ground.
It's not a smart idea because the glare from the fog lights in the near field reduces the sensitivity of your eyes to the dimly lit objects in the far field.

As mentioned you have to wire it independently with a relay. Its pretty easy. The pin out diagrams are somewhere on the Google. Likewise you can use the stock switch and wire it to activate any other Hella or LED lights you may have.
Don't get too hung up on "its not a good idea". Sometimes you want as much light as possible, sometimes not. Having it wired independently of the Hi beams allows you to decide for yourself instead of relying on Land Rover's wisdom.
