B3 Armoring

First yes there is level B3 is an european level, i have enclosed a chart.

As you might know Colombia, is a dangerous country and we have to drive in Armored cars, the Stobes and Leds are mandarory for armored level B3 - B6 cars in Colombia. This lights and sires are not for play, only autorized vehicles can use them.
All lights and sirens work perfect

 

Laws for my country are very diferent thant the USA.

If you have an Armoured vehicle B3 level or more you are requierd, plus you must have permits etc.

 

Yep. Bearmach makes a set of adapters to go from D1/D90/RRC to D2/P38. There's a set on ebay right now for about $1200 for a set of 4.

 

Here is the web for the company that custom made the adapters for me, they were around $400.00 and includes all the lugs (old lugs wont work)

The tires will come out about 1 inch, but the handling and the looks are much better.
