Default Leak behind passenger rear tire

Hey Guys!

I need help identifying a leak. I am new to discovery's. I have a 95 Disco1 300 TDI conversion. I have a slow leak behind the passenger rear tire. Can anyone tell me what this is?

Thanks so much!

I think that’s where the fuel filter is on the V8. You’ll want to see if that’s diesel as I believe this is your fuel line.

That is the filler neck/tank vent line. The OEM hose/line is known to crack completely at either end. It is not supposed to have a splice in it. I highly recommend replacing that hose/line with some GATES 3/4 Fuel Injector hose/line. It will outlast the OEM hose no doubt. To do it you will need to support the tank, remove the skid plate, lower the tank, enough that you can reach thru the fuel pump access hatch, and swap it out.

Thanks so much for the feedback!
