Default LIFT/SHock question

Our suspension was totally rebuilt, I am buying HD Spring that should give us 2 inch lift from stock

The shocks are brna dnew and feel great.

When I get the HD springs do I HAVE to buy shocks too? Or can I use my current ones?

No, you don't necessarily have to buy new shocks. Depending on where you drive though you might want to install limit straps like the Series Rovers had so your shocks aren't what's limiting the axle drop. It can break the shocks. It all depends on the compressed/extended measurements of your shocks.

If you only drive on paved roads, dirt roads you will be fine.
If you flex the axles to max travel you will over extend your shocks.
If you are on a budget and doing it one thing at a time, just stay on road and you'll be fine until you can buy longer travel shocks.

fwiw...I put new ones on mine and I cant say that I feel any difference....I suppose if the old ones were really trashed then you might want to replace them.
The guys are right about the shocks...normal driving ....no big deal, but the bumpier it gets the more likely you are to "top out" the shocks (pretty annoying )
